portrait of Pero Kvrgić, sketch, watercolor

What a magnificent nose! I thought that for the first five minutes, while watching the documentary "In the search for the necromant actor - Pero Kvrgić", and then I got my H pencil and paper, and then brush and watercolors, and in less than half an hour finished the portrait / sketch above.

Listening to the documentary and sketching Kvrgić, it became obvious to me that he is some actor! I mean, I knew, of course, about Kvrgić, but as the theater in not exactly my cultural choice, I must admit that I wasn't fully aware of his magnitude.

How he played the flattering of a Polish Jew in Yiddish! His magnificent huge nose and the voice torn up by tar guarantee that no one in the world can do it in the same way as he does it.

Kvrgić appears to be a very interesting person and a man who didn't hesitate to pick a quarell, knowing always who he is and not worrying too much about the critics or villains. Some actor!
